           That could be a mistake! 
Every listing Realtor is bound by law to
represent their client, whether they are buying
or selling the home; but if one Realtor
represents both the buyer and the seller in the
same transaction, that Realtor is  legally bound
to be fair to both sides, yet must look out for the
 seller's interest.  It can become a stressful situation and may not be in the best interest of the buyer.
